Facial thread veins are tiny veins that appear most commonly on the cheeks and nose. Small thread veins are red, but larger ones look purplish. They have many names, including:
Normally, the tiny veins in the skin are invisible, but in some people, they expand and show through the skin. One cause of this is too much exposure to the sun over the years. Another is pregnancy or oestrogen treatment. They may also be inherited. Thread veins can sometimes be a sign of rosacea.
Laser treatment can dramatically improve your appearance, leaving unsightly red thread veins on the face far less visible.
Our state-of-the-art Ndyag lasers eliminate only the unwanted red veins and do not affect the surrounding skin, leaving the healthy vein-free skin.
We specialise in the removal of facial red veins using the most advanced laser techniques.
The most common laser used for spider vein treatments is the NdYag Laser system. It is a handheld device and also has a cooling tip to minimize the discomfort during the therapy.
The NdYag laser pierces the skin and penetrates the superficial blood vessel. The heat generated from the laser coagulates the blood inside the vessel causing it to collapse and seal. Over the next few weeks, the vessel will disappear and all the blood will be removed by the body’s scavenging cells. Our state of the art laser treatments allow the delivery of a precise dosage of energy to each blood vessel without injuring any nearby structures.
Our main priority is our clients, and we focus on going above and beyond to ensure that every treatment is of the highest quality and achieve customer satisfaction.

"I had quite a few nasal veins across the bottom of my nose and had 3 treatments to get rid of them. The results are amazing but the treatment did bring tears to my eyes whilst it was being done. Funny thing is you feel nothing at all straight after."
